Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the ATM maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, parts replacement, preventive servicing, quotation, and appointment services offered through our site.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our site, requesting a quotation, scheduling a service appointment, or engaging the service provider, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or request services through it.
2. Our Services
The service provider offers maintenance and repair support for various automated teller machine models and brands. Services may include inspection, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, preventive servicing, component replacement, corrective repairs, and related technical support.
Service availability depends on the equipment, location, technical requirements, availability of suitable parts, site conditions, and the information supplied by the customer. We may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, outside our technical capability, or unsuitable for the requested equipment.
3. Information and Service Requests
Information displayed on our site is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a final diagnosis, binding quotation, guarantee of availability, or commitment to complete a particular repair.
When requesting a quotation or appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the ATM, its model and brand where known, the reported fault, the service location, access requirements, and any relevant safety or operational conditions.
4. Quotations and Charges
A quotation may be based on the information available before inspection. The final charge may change if the equipment has additional faults, requires further labour, needs specialist testing, or requires parts not identified in the original request.
No work requiring additional charges will be carried out without appropriate customer approval, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary to make the equipment safe or prevent further damage.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, charges may include labour, inspection, travel, replacement parts, testing, disposal, and other reasonably necessary service costs. Taxes and government charges, where applicable, may be added to the stated price.
5. Appointments and Site Access
Appointments are subject to confirmation and may need to be rescheduled because of technician availability, access restrictions, safety conditions, parts availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You must ensure that the service provider has lawful and timely access to the equipment, a safe working environment, and any permissions required by the premises owner, operator, security provider, or relevant authority.
You are responsible for backing up or protecting operational data and for arranging the secure handling of cash, cards, keys, access credentials, and other sensitive items before service begins.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You must have authority to request work on the ATM and the premises where it is located.
- You must provide accurate details about previous repairs, modifications, alarms, security controls, and known equipment faults.
- You must not ask the service provider to bypass security controls, access systems without permission, or perform unlawful work.
- You must promptly inform the service provider of hazards, restricted areas, infectious risks, electrical concerns, or other conditions that could affect the work.
7. Parts and Repairs
Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, reconditioned, or compatible parts, depending on availability and suitability. Any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty will be subject to its own terms and limitations.
A repair may restore the reported function without resolving unrelated, pre-existing, concealed, or subsequently developing faults. We do not guarantee that an ATM will remain fault-free after service.
8. Payments and Cancellation
Payment is due according to the approved quotation, service agreement, invoice, or other payment terms provided for the relevant work. We may suspend or decline further services where an amount is overdue.
If you cancel, postpone, or are unavailable for a confirmed appointment, reasonable costs already incurred may be charged, including travel, inspection, parts ordered specifically for the work, or reserved technician time.
9. Prohibited Use
- Use our site to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorised requests.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of our site.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to systems, equipment, accounts, or information.
- Use information from our site to facilitate unlawful access, tampering, fraud, or misuse of an ATM.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, layout, text, graphics, branding, and materials on our site belong to the service provider or its licensors. You may view the content for personal or internal business evaluation, but you must not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit it without permission.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our site and its general information are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, immediate appointment availability, or a particular repair outcome.
The service provider is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information, unauthorised instructions, unsafe site conditions, pre-existing defects, misuse of equipment, third-party systems, manufacturer limitations, or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
Information provided through our site or in connection with a service request may be used to assess requests, prepare quotations, arrange appointments, deliver services, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. Customers must not provide unnecessary confidential information, ATM credentials, PINs, or access secrets through our site.
Each party must take reasonable steps to protect confidential business, technical, security, and operational information received in connection with the services.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or operating practices. The updated version will apply from the time it is published on our site, unless a different application is required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute-resolution requirements, the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services.
